The meeting will begin with a Land Acknowledgement given by the Chair.

Members of Council and members of the City’s local boards/committees are required to file a written statement when they have a conflict of interest. If a conflict is declared, please visit www.kitchener.ca/conflict to submit your written form.

Pursuant to Council’s Procedural By-law, delegations are permitted to address the Committee for a maximum of five (5) minutes. All delegations must register in order to participate in the meeting. Delegation registration is permitted up to the start of the meeting.

Lidia Feraco, Business Growth Lead in the Downtown Development team in Economic Development at the City of Kitchener, will give a quick presentation and answer questions about downtown business to business investment projects.

Discussion about new businesses, events and items of interest in Downtown Kitchener

A. Hertzog, Downtown Manager, to talk about the first Square Peg Micro Market.

L. Jutzi, Executive Director of the Downtown Kitchener BIA, will share some updates about their exciting Dia de los Muertos event on November 2nd, and some new things to look out for at this year's Christkindl.
