Part of Lots 9 & 10 Plan 404 Kitchener Designated as Part 4, 58R-3650; S/T 999256 City of Kitchener, being all of PIN 22506-0036 (LT); and,
Part of Lots 9 & 10 Plan 404 Designated as Part 6, 58R-3650; S/T 1234329, 999256 City of Kitchener, being all of PIN 22506-0037 (LT),
having a total area of 2.575 acres, be acquired based on the terms and conditions discussed at the August 14, 2023 in-camera meeting; and further,
