Pursuant to Council’s Procedural By-law, delegations are permitted to address the Committee for a maximum of five (5) minutes. Delegates who are attending in-person are permitted to register up to the start of the meeting. Those who are interested in attending virtually must register by 3:00 p.m. on September 26, 2022, in order to participate electronically.
